How long does it take for diazepam to start working for a dog?? - diazepam
My dog has seizures and is on Phenobarb and I want to diazepam if you have an attack .. I never really knew how long it takes the pill starts to work have? Is 30 minutes to an hour? Thanks for the help.

Yes, about 15-30 minutes.
During the work a little faster when they are used as a suppository, if the animal has a crisis, is the preferred method.
You just do not go anywhere near the mouth of a dog when they attack, you get little. In addition, you do not want to risk to the lungs, vomiting, breathing or choking on them.
