No jeans! The jeans are too stiff, and how they are cotton absorbs water when he falls into a swimming pool / wet. Elastic jogging or something (or laces, I too would like velvet skate) is better.

In addition, a sweater (wool, cotton - again, because the cotton takes water and cold) must be perfect, but take a light jacket too. And it will probably lockers or a place to hold things. It is better to use multiple layers of a good jacket is warm.

Gloves (wool or polar) is used to keep the hands warm and keep it from scratches and hurt falls on them.

Finally, take a pair of socks, if you will rent skates, they have their dirty socks, and would also not attract the same socks back into their own shoes.

Even if an indoor track, it can be useful, at least with a semi-thick long-sleeved shirt, pants, etc., not like an Eskimo, or go a little dress, just something that you will be warm. It can be very cold on the slopes.

1. Jersey w / shirt underneath
2. Do not wear jeans. Sports Wear pants or skirts with tights or leggings Jersey.
3. do not wear thin socks, thick. especially if you properties.
4. Pony low on bread, or hair w / rubber band.
5. Boots or moccasins.
Trust me. I am a figure skater. I know.

Maybe you should wear a sweatshirt. The jeans are very difficult to move a sweatshirt will keep you warm and comfortable. You want to make a fuzzy coat. You never know how it can be cold! I also recommend gloves:]

Nothing. Go naked and see how cold it is, then and only then can you tell how cold it really is, in turn, a clearer decision.
